About Me
Hi, I'm Toni.
Over the years I've worked in a wide range of roles, including business owner, mechanic, farmer, trade assistant, salesperson, cleaner, manufacturer, and mum. These experiences have given me practical, hands-on knowledge of how workplaces operate, as well as extensive experience in administration, staff management, accounts, and office systems.
One thing I've consistently noticed across every industry is the need for better organisation and more efficient systems. Tradespeople are focused on getting the job done, and understandably, workshop organisation and systems can slip down the priority list.
That's where I can help.
I take care of the practical basics that make a real difference—creating clear, organised, safe, and efficient workshop spaces. When tools, equipment, and materials have a dedicated place, jobs run more smoothly, time isn't wasted searching for things, and safety risks are reduced.
A well-organised workshop saves time, improves productivity, and helps prevent workplace injuries.
Because in business, time really is money.
Testimonials
“I have known Toni since Oct 2023, when she started working in the Maintenance/Engineering Department at Hansells Masterton. Toni has always been a pleasure to work with. She gets on with all types of personalities, always has a smile and happy to help out whenever she can.
Toni worked on the machines doing Preventive Maintenance (PM) which is an important part of the Food Manufacturing Industry. PM not only ensures that the manufacturing, packing machines and label printers run well but also that there are no breakdowns and that no foreign matter will enter the final food product. I was comfortable during a Food Safety Compliance Audit when asked about PM, that this area was always up to date and that we would not get a non-conformance.
As well as PM, Toni’s job involved other tasks such as the pull down and repair of machines and conveyors, making various machine holders, plates and covers, setting up printers for labelling, being on-call for machine breakdowns and repairing them at the time so that production could start up ASAP, changing filters on the air conditioning units, conveyor repairs and resolving any day to day issues with the machines.
She did the early morning boiler startups and production room pre-setups, helped with washout pull downs and reassembly for line runs.
Her past experience working for Wurth was an asset to us. As well as understanding the market and Wurth products, she knew how to deal with suppliers and where to source products.
Toni was an asset to the company, we do miss her, and she would still be here if it were not for our situation of being put into receivership.

.“Toni can relate very well to the different facets of work our business offers our clients.
Most of all it’s nice to have someone come into our workplace who is as happy and positive towards everyone as Toni has shown herself to be.
I think Toni will be great asset to whoever she works with/for and wish her the very best.”
